They were here this morning, too, before 7:00. But about 9:30, I realized it was quiet. Too quiet. I thought of looking outside, but that would be just what they'd expect me to do. I looked out, anyway. They were GONE. No trucks, no dumpsters, no shingle wrappers. Without waiting around for thanks, they had vanished. On to dispense more roofing justice, I guess.
But that's not what I'm here to talk about. I've signed up for Cynthia Whitcomb's screenwriting class! I've passed it up for the last couple years, but I figured now was the time. It's every other Saturday from Sept 18 to December 4, 9:00-3:00. You might be thinking, "Hey, that spans November! Won't that interfere with NaNoWriMo?" Good question! Shows you're paying attention. And yes, it might. I think I'll still try to do both, as I'm not expecting to be working full time. So by early December I should have a completed screenplay and a first-draft novel, or gone round the twist, as I'll be trying to publish regular Dr. Eldritch updates during that time, too. Despite the potential overload, I'm looking forward to it! Oook!
