You should be getting your ballots for the January 26th special election any day now. I'd hope that all who are reading this will vote "Yes" on both Measure 66 and 67. Despite the panicked advertisements from the "Oregonians Against Job Killing Taxes," these measures seem like a reasonable way to keep Oregon's schools, health care and public safety operations going. I admit that I don't earn more than $125,000 annually, nor do I have a corporation in Oregon (let alone one making more than $500,000 revenue in this state), so I'm not going to be impacted all that much.
If you feel that people should vote No on these Measures, I'd like to know why you think that. If you want to protect health, education and safety in Oregon, vote YES!
