From the Console, when I click the cartoon life preserver icon (New Trouble Ticket), I get weird messages about an unsafe certificate. So I try the cartoony Ticket Center icon. Same thing. The pull-down menu from the top tool bar? Same thing.
Since I have emails from the webhost go to gmail (you can tell I've been through crap like this before), I find an email from them and hit 'Reply.' Within fifteen minutes, I get a response, saying that my email should be fixed. Well, it isn't. To top it off, the Tech includes the link to the Support Center, which is nothing like the links from their site.
I don't have a big problem with my webhost outsourcing support (they are very much a budget provider), but would it be asking too much actually CHANGE the LINKS on the CONSOLE? I mean, what the hell?
So... I'm not going to change webhosts tonight, but I have a feeling that I will, quite soon. Aaargh.
