3 Cups cooked Sweet Potato (or 2 15-oz. cans of puree)
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Molassas
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Cloves
½ teaspoon Allspice
1. Mix ingredients in bowl.
2. I like to puree it all in a blender. It comes out with a better texture that way.
3. Pour into pie crust.
4. Bake at 350° for approx. 45 minutes. Pie is done when center is set and knife comes out clean.
Makes 2 small pies, or 1 10" pie plus a bit extra.
Serves 4. Good with ice cream (but then, what isn't?).
