If you’re anything like me, you’ve been thinking "Monday again?
" it feels as if barely any time has passed since I skipped away from BHFT last Friday.
Saturday, The Librarian
and I walked over Mt. Tabor (grrlpup
joined us at the beginning, but headed off for a run). We braved the rain, for a while, but tried to wait out the hail, taking cover at the picnic shelter near the top of the park, between the playground and the volcano’s caldera. We wondered the typical things: “Will it stop coming down long enough for us to get back to The Librarian’s house?” and “Will we be forced to resort to cannibalism?” Both answers were “No,” so we got very wet walking back. Fortunately, The Librarian gave us tea and cookies while we got warmer and less damp. So I’m glad we went. Current Mood: confused
