Yesterday's email was a bit snippy about people creating Trouble Tickets when their sites were down on Monday (which I did). But the “Announcements” section at the top of the ticket-creation screen still hasn’t been changed since April 29th. I think putting those sorts of status updates on the page where people have to go when reporting problems might be USEFUL. But what do I know? I’ve only worked in IT for 19 years.
