Today Was Better

Yesterday was frustrating. It was a day of false starts and distractions. I had high hopes for grand accomplishments, but not much really got done yesterday.

So here's what I'm thinking... I need to reinstate some structure in my time. Sure, it's fun to get up, eat a leisurely breakfast while checking my email, then surf the net for a while, and start thinking about doing some writing before lunch, but go for a walk instead, etc... I just don't get much done that way. So I'm going to block out seven hours a day for Productive Time.

I decided this last night. Then I woke up around 5:00 a.m., and had just managed to get back to sleep when my alarm went off. This Clever Plan of Action wasn't nearly so appealing then, but I got up. And today was better.
