Baby Hz
You may know that I am merely a simple Writer/Analyst from Arizona, and not prone to Profound Thoughts. Last night, however, I was hunkered down in [info]drarwenchicken and BILJ's kitchen while Baby Hz held my hand so she could climb in and out of her new Squishy Pink Foam Chair because it was being the Best. Toy. EVAR. And I thought "Someday, Little Girl, I will dance with you at your wedding, and I will think of this moment when you were tiny and you held my hand."

I don't know what the Future will bring, but I do hope so very, very much that she will grow into a healthy, vibrant adult, and live a long, happy life. And that I'll get to dance at her wedding.

Yeah, I suppose so. But "Cutest Baby In The World," and "Melt A Heart of Stone" and stuff like that...

I was fourteen when [info]drarwenchicken was born, so I remember watching her play as a baby, and I danced with her at her wedding. And if I live long enough, I could possibly dance with Hz's daughter at her wedding. I'm really enjoying the thought of seeing three generations grow up like that... :-)

I have these thoughts about Chase all the time...Even worse, I think I'll remember these moments years from now, and most of the time they are forgotten within the month!

I can understand why parents take tons of pictures and video. Hz has gone so quickly from being a tiny baby to a toddler, and there are so many moments to capture...
