Treats!
One of the Alphageeks at BHFT brought in homemade cheesecake with strawberries. He is known for his cheesecakes; when word gets out that one is in the building, people gather like buzzards after ripe carrion. Now, there's not much in cheesecake-with-strawberries that isn't unfriendly to my digestive system to some degree, but I still ate some. Life should not be a constant parade of Restraint and Deprivation.

Sometimes the thing to do is eat cheesecake, and enjoy the hell out of it.

Yes, both! Obviously, bands are missing out on the breakfast-cereal crossover. There really should have been Bananrama O's!

I spent the weekend being overfed by the WFAC's (see my LJ page) over-enthusiastic kitchen staff, and among the delectable desserts was homemade (lodgemade?) cheesecake. The chocolate cheesecake was surprisingly unsuccessful, but the regular cheesecake topped with lemon curd and fresh blueberries was to die for.

Yes, I enjoyed the hell out of it.
